Over six years, being the 46,800 RMB first-year package plus five further years at 35,000 RMB. This excludes the application fee, flights and food. The first-year figure is not what you will pay in total. Budget against the six-year number.
Air tickets and food are excluded from the package. From year two, insurance, bedding, residence permit, medical examination and books are charged at actual cost rather than at a fixed rate. Fees must be paid in RMB. Tuition goes to the university and management charges go to the admission office, and the management and admission charges must be cleared after the formal admission letter is issued but before the JW202 visa letter is released. Management and tuition fees are not refunded once paid.

To practise in Pakistan after graduating you must pass the National Licensing Examination and register with PM&DC. The degree alone does not license you, and no consultant can change that. Confirm the university’s current MOE listing status before you commit money, because enrolling outside the MOE list can block PM&DC registration on your return.
CSCA is required here. Build the test date into your timeline before applying.
The 2,000 RMB security deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw, even though it is credited against management charges.
Xinjiang is geographically remote from the eastern Chinese cities. Factor domestic travel into your budget alongside international flights.
